I listen carefully to what's bringing you in to see me. People that I talk to paint me a picture of what's going on in their lives and that helps me to understand how to help them help themselves. My Approach is warm and collaborative and I seek to build a relationship with you from the first session to the very last.

Together we will work on strategies and skills to help you feel and function better. We will go through the therapy process together and we will mutually decide when it's time to end therapy and get back to life.

My clients would describe me as warm, friendly, compassionate, non-judgmental and accepting. Humor is a big part of my practice and clients would describe me that way.
