An authentic human who offers science-backed treatment with warmth, validation & support. Clients share that they find my approachable use of psychoeducation helpful to better understand how their brains & bodies work, especially with trauma & anxiety. I love teaching neurophysiology & behavioral concepts in a way that's easy to understand & use.

My primary specialties are anxiety disorders, trauma, grief & loss, relationship concerns, as well as self-actualization and identity. I am also experienced in treating depression & other mood disorders, insomnia, refining a differential diagnosis, body image, & OCD. I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, & women of all kinds.

Therapy has been a cornerstone of my own personal growth. I have lived experience that deeply informs my work, my decision to become a therapist, & the way that I connect with my clients. I view mental health as no different than physical health - we all need a checkup & care sometimes.

I’m an integrative, trauma & attachment informed therapist focused on behavioral & cognitive-behavioral treatments.
