My key values are social justice, curiosity, and empowerment. I bring these values to my life, and to therapy, through feminism (analyze power structures), existentialism (look for meaning) and narrative therapy (deconstruct society's narratives)

Together, we will:

Meet for group therapy to connect and talk about these topics : ADHD and Autism, Healing from Toxic Relationships (groups and a course), Finding Love and Dating, and Careers and Entrepreneurship! I have a few spaces open for individual therapy :)

I specialize in working with people who:

Are ADHD, Autistic, LGBTQ+, and/or want to understand their trauma, heal from it, and grow into their new empowered identities, and/or people who are dating, wanting to date, or to process and heal from their last relationships

I became a therapist because:

I am an IPV/Domestic Violence survivor. I went to support groups at a DV advocacy agency, years later I volunteered to run those groups and loved it!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Everything is done online. :) I also have a course, a book series, and I talk about warning signs on TikTok and IG. See my website to learn more!
