Warm, open, kind, empowering. I am genuinely curious about people’s lives, and I enjoy helping people find their strengths and live their best lives!
My key values are social justice, curiosity, and empowerment. I bring these values to my life, and to therapy, through feminism (analyze power structures), existentialism (look for meaning) and narrative therapy (deconstruct societal narratives)
Do an ADHD assessment or write a gender-affirming letter! Please see my website to learn more!
Are ADHD, LGBTQ+, and/or want to heal from their trauma, and grow into their empowered identities, explore new careers, process past relationships, and talk about dating. I have a course, workbook, and books for healing from toxic relationships!
I am an IPV/Domestic Violence survivor. I went to support groups at a DV advocacy agency, years later I volunteered to run those groups and loved it!
Everything is online. :) I also have a course, a book series, a workbook, and I talk about books on TikTok and IG. See my website to learn more!
Social justice is important to me personally, and frames how I work as a therapist. I currently offer a course, books, and a workbook; and individual therapy for teens and adults. Follow me on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube @katemageau.therapist
