Warm, genuine, funny, direct, and easy to talk to! I'm expressive and engaged in sessions, and I love when clients feel comfortable being fully themselves. I will have genuine facial expressions, and respond to things you say as a genuine human. We will build a therapeutic relationship together, so you can feel safe to talk about literally anything you want

We'll get to know each other! I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to get out of it, and whatever else feels important to share. You don't have to tell me your entire life story or know how to "do therapy." You can ask questions, set boundaries, and go at your own pace. We'll figure it out together!

I'm a domestic violence survivor, and I get angry when I see people being hurt or treated unfairly! But I don't like staying angry. I want to find solutions and DO something about it! That drive led me to write a book about toxic relationships, become a therapist, and help people recognize their own power to change their lives.

I'm a therapist, author, speaker, and trainer! Alongside therapy, I offer ADHD and Autism assessments, gender-affirming letters, and emotional support animal letters. I've also trained other therapists in assessment and presented on ADHD and toxic relationships. My practice centers autonomy, curiosity, and empowerment!
