Life is ever-changing and so are you. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons of change- becoming parents, redefining identity, or feeling uncertain about the path ahead. I specialize in life transitions ( especially divorce, postpartum adjustment, and parenting support).

I work with individuals, couples and families in seasons of change- new roles, shifting identities, or life that just feels too full. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and help you reconnect with a steadier sense of self.
