I am deeply in post-traumatic growth. My professional mission is helping survivors reclaim their voice, mind, body, and spirit from the effects of trauma. I blend the art of psychotherapy with the neuroscience of trauma on the brain and body.

I became a therapist because:

I felt a deep soul call as a sexual assault survivor. I began advocating for victims' rights in college, which grew into a passion for psychotherapy.
