My work focuses on trauma and nervous system balancing, identity exploration, meaning-making, and relational repair. My approach is integrative and individually tailored, centering emotional, somatic, relational, and systemic healing. I work to help people restore safety, trust, and agency, rediscover meaning, and rebuild connection and belonging.

I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodiverse, and Pagan, Polytheist, Witchy, and spiritual folx. I also work with the dynamics of adoption stories, attachment wounding, bi-racial stories, menopause and the dynamics of navigating a world in the midst of social collapse.

I noticed people stuck in thought patterns that were imposed on them. This tends to create unhappy, unbalanced and unfulfilled individuals. Unfulfilled individuals are also unable to recognize their own light and their own value. I wanted to change that.
