My approach is collaborative, direct, and relational. I draw from evidence-based practices while staying flexible, helping you understand patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, build on your strengths, and develop a more compassionate relationship with your different parts.

Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s underneath the surface, and move toward something more aligned, intentional, and fully your own. I work from a lens that honors identity in all its forms, and I welcome clients exploring sexuality, queerness, and nontraditional relationships.
