I specialize in adolescent (17+) and adult mental health. I specialized in topics of depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, racial/cultural identity, relationships, family of origin, bipolar disorder, ADHD, Autism and more.

We live in a world full of challenges and relationships that sometimes can be overwhelming and confusing. I know how powerful it can be to have someone there supporting and encouraging you to be your best and most authentic self. I want to walk alongside people in this journey of life and impart hope to help them get the most out of life as possible.
