I am a client centered, integrative and collaborative provider that works through a variety of frameworks. I incorporate a multicultural and affirming lens in my sessions. While my foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral approaches, I use other approaches including but not limited to Lifespan Integration, IFS and AEDP.

I primarily focus in areas of ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Bipolar Disorder I & II, Disordered Eating Patterns, Pre-Diabetes/Diabetes, Coping Skills, Family of Origin, Asian American Mental Health, Adoption, Self-Esteem, Relationships and Trauma and PTSD.

I was inspired to become a therapist out of compassion, empathy and genuine curiosity towards people that come from all different walks of life. I come with a unique perspective on life and passion to walk alongside clients in their therapeutic journey.
