Adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, particularly as these challenges relate to cultural identity, self-esteem, and perfectionism. I also support clients with concerns, including disordered eating patterns, obesity and weight struggles, adoption-related experiences, medical anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress and trauma.

To support others in building resilience, fostering personal growth, and feeling empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
