I understand that illness impacts all areas of life. Therapy may focus on navigating new diagnoses, developing coping strategies, adjusting to needs/limitations, making medical decisions, healing from medical trauma, and cultivating body trust.

My goal is to build a gentle, trusting, and safe therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.

My career has taken me to exciting places - clinics, residential care, hospitals, schools, and libraries. I have expertise in supporting people who have experienced trauma and may face multiple internal and external barriers to wellness.
