My approach is about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can find rest from the fast pace of life. We will explore patterns and parts of you shaped by past experiences and work towards a future filled with self compassion and authenticity.

Together, we will untangle the sticky, uncomfortable feelings that accompany the lingering impacts of trauma. I support clients in finding and embracing their authentic self and building a fulfilling life with healthy and meaningful connections.

I work with people who feel out of place in relationships and in life. Many of my clients have lived through painful family dynamics or experiences of abuse and often feel overwhelmed as they try to navigate life after trauma.

I became a therapist because I understand how deeply painful family dynamics, trauma, and life experiences can shape us. I also understand how healing genuine, human-to-human support can be in the aftermath of trauma. I am here to serve as a steady presence while you navigate your journey healing from trauma.

We often criticize parts of ourselves we don’t like, feeling they don’t deserve love or compassion—but that’s the very thing they need. Together, we’ll foster understanding and self-compassion so you can heal and grow with kindness toward yourself.
