Together, we will explore the ways trauma might still be showing up in your life and find a version of you that feels more wholly you. We will find and feel all of the emotions together: guilt, anxiety, sadness, shame, but also joy, laughter, play, and creativity. Therapy together is not about just being sad, but about being you, no matter your mood.

Clients tell me I am non-judgmental, which helps them feel safe to open up. I am often told that I seem like a "real" person, and that therapy together feels very warm, open, and safe.

I've been there - the overwhelm of those moments when things suddenly click and shift your reality. I know what it's like to feel unsure of who you are or what you want. I've also experienced how much healing can happen when you have real support and connection along the way. That experience is what shaped the way I show up as a therapist.

Usually the parts of ourselves we are hardest on are the parts that need the most kindness. Much of our work together will focus on building that kindness toward yourself so real, lasting change can happen.
