Many appreciate that I understand their culture and can move between English and Spanish, so they feel truly seen in our sessions.

In our first session, I’ll listen gently to whatever you want to share. I meet you where you are, with curiosity and without pressure. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for me and my style. As we keep working together, I’ll get a clearer sense of your goals and, when helpful, gently nudge you toward them.

I wanted to form deep connections with people and help them in a meaningful way. I truly believe in the healing power of love, that together is the only way forward, and that cultivating kindness can make a big difference in the world.

I’m a bilingual Peruvian therapist who has called Seattle home for over 20 years. Outside of sessions, you’ll find me dancing, singing karaoke, strength training, or walking my sweet certified therapy dog, Coya. I’m also deepening my training in somatic, body-based therapy, which I find fascinating. I'm happy to accept Loveland Therapy Fund vouchers.
