I combine evidence-based care like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family therapy, and medication management (when appropriate) to help you understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, and rebuild stability. I lead with empathy, listen deeply, and create personalized care plans.

Together we will quiet the mental noise, unpack what’s been weighing on you, and develop practical tools to help you feel grounded, focused, and emotionally steady again. We’ll work through patterns that keep you stuck and strengthen coping skills, whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or mood changes. You won’t be doing this alone.
