I’ve specialized in the Internal Family Systems model of therapy (IFS) for 25 years

Regardless of what you have been through or how difficult things feel right now, it is possible, with enough time, intention, energy, and the guidance of an experienced therapist, to change, heal, and feel better.

People who work with me would likely describe me as kind, accepting, supportive, insightful, optimistic, and empowering. I work collaboratively and authentically, creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and not judged. I believe people are doing the best they can, given their past experience.

The people I work with in therapy tend to be ready to make profound changes in their lives. Most come to therapy wanting to change some part of themselves, such as old patterns, feelings, or limiting beliefs that keep them from feeling good and being the person they want to be.
