After going through my own healing journey I realized my biggest passion in life is connecting with others and giving people the space to heal.

I provide an integrative approach to therapy that combines a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of each individual client through a framework of being person-centered, anti-oppressive, and non-judgmental.
