I focus on both the body and the mind. I will support the development of new insight into self and behavior through the emotional work as well as supporting a growing awareness of the body's response to strong emotions.

Partner to identify emotional and relational patterns that are keeping you stuck. After developing your ability to recognize the old patterns, we will develop and practice new habits that support a healthy relationship with self and loved ones.

Adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma. I also do couples therapy to support those struggling to connect or repair emotional wounds.

I truly believe a thorough understanding of the whole person including thier biological, psychological, relational, and spiritual needs best sets the stage for effective change to happen and I take the time to understand these parts with clients.
