Partner to identify emotional and relational patterns that are keeping you stuck. After developing your ability to recognize the old patterns, we will develop and practice new habits that support a healthy relationship with self and loved ones.

Adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma. I also do couples therapy to support those struggling to connect or repair emotional wounds.

I truly believe a thorough understanding of the whole person including thier biological, psychological, relational, and spiritual needs best sets the stage for effective change to happen and I take the time to understand these parts with clients.
