Something to know about my approach is that I’m direct, practical, and focused on real change. We don’t stay stuck in endless analysis. We identify what’s actually driving the pressure, anxiety, or burnout, and work toward clarity and relief quickly while building changes that last.

Together we will slow things down enough to understand what’s actually driving the pressure, reduce the mental noise, and help you move forward with clarity instead of constantly pushing harder.

I specialize in working with people who are driven, capable, and used to being the one others rely on, but feel mentally exhausted from always being “on” and never feeling like they can fully relax or switch off.

I became a therapist because I saw how many capable, successful people were quietly struggling while still showing up for everyone else. I wanted to help people understand themselves more deeply and create change that actually improves how life feels, not just how it looks.

I work best with people who are thoughtful, driven, and used to figuring things out on their own. Therapy here isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding what’s driving the pressure, making sense of patterns that no longer serve you, and building a way forward that actually feels sustainable.
