I became a therapist because I saw how relational wounds quietly shape the way we see ourselves and others. I wanted to help people move from survival patterns to secure, authentic connection. Watching someone feel truly understood, and begin to relate differently, is why I do this work.

My practice is rooted in attachment-focused, trauma-informed care for adults who want depth, not surface-level advice. I integrate EMDR, parts work, and narrative therapy to help you process what’s unresolved and build a more secure sense of self.
