I was always that friend that friends would come to talk to and process with. I have always had the desire to help others, and when you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life. I also experienced my own challenges in life, and working through those helped me create a voice to also support others.

I have worked through my fair share of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal thoughts. I feel like I am a safe place to land, someone that others can process thoughts with and work through challenges, and work towards a life with joy and happiness.
