My approach is rooted in relationships, racial and social equity, compassion, and humor. You can count on me to commit to deeply understanding you, highlight your strengths, and be with you as you take this step for your mental health.

Together we will collaborate on what you'd like to be different in your life and how we can get you there. We will take our time, knowing that changes don't always happen over night. We will celebrate your success and extend grace to any set-backs, lapses, or blocks along your journey.

I am drawn to supporting teens, adults, & parents who come from dysfunctional families–like alcoholism, domestic violence, or consistent conflict–because I’ve experienced it myself. It can be an isolating experience that follows you into adulthood and impacts that way you want to be as an adult or parent. I'd be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

I am committed to growing my racial equity lens. My positionality (identities: race, gender, sex, class, etc.) and how it influences me as a therapist is a large part of my reflective practice.
