I treat trauma and anxiety by combining mind and body approaches, including EMDR, mindfulness, and various somatic (body-based) techniques. I'll also focus on helping you to better understand yourself and your reactions with curiosity, not judgement.

Together, we will:

explore ways your past may have created recurring patterns in your relationships and experiences while helping you reconnect with your strengths. We'll work together to develop new tools and skills to manage emotional highs and lows along the way.

I specialize in working with people who:

didn't grow up with a lot of resources (money, emotionally supportive parents, etc) and who often feel unworthy or unloveable, who often doubt their value despite external markers of success. I can help you break those patterns and write a new story.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to provide the support, guidance, acceptance and space for growth I wish I had experienced earlier in life.
