I take the hard parts seriously, but I can also laugh at the absurd ones with you, and I’ll probably quote too much TV. I won’t make your story about me, and I won’t tidy up your pain so it’s easier to look at.

We’ll start with where you are today, not where you think you should be. You’ll tell me what’s bringing you in, even if your goals are still vague, and you don’t have to share every detail yet. I’ll explain how I work, answer your questions, and we’ll decide together on session length and rhythm. You can wear sweatpants. Tissues are optional.
