I offer trauma-informed, somatic, and spiritually inclusive therapy that honors the whole self - mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from IFS, mindfulness, and creative practices, I help clients process pain, build self-trust, and reconnect with their inner wisdom in a grounded, compassionate space.

I have a deep passion for supporting creatives, healers, and first-generation Americans, drawing from my own Romanian-American identity and years of experience helping bicultural clients reclaim voice, clarity, and self-trust.

I believe in the power of human connection, inner resilience, and the possibility of healing. My own path through recovery, creativity, and spiritual exploration showed me how transformative it can be to feel seen, supported, and empowered—and I’m honored to offer that space to others.
