Warm, intuitive, grounding, and nonjudgmental. They often say they feel safe to be their whole selves in our work together, supported in both deep emotional healing and practical growth. I bring presence, humor, and care to each session, meeting you where you are with compassion and curiosity.

I believe in the power of human connection, inner resilience, and the possibility of healing. My own path through recovery, creativity, and spiritual exploration showed me how transformative it can be to feel seen, supported, and empowered, and I’m honored to offer that space to others.

Outside of sessions you'll find me hiking, making art, traveling, or playing with my golden retriever. I also run a monthly collage group—some of my favorite work. Art and meditation shaped me long before grad school did, and they still shape how I listen. I laugh easily, I take your inner life seriously, and I don't think those are in conflict.
