I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced religious trauma or been a part of an authoritarian group or home. I'm passionate about supporting folks deconstructing old ways of believing and thinking.

I became a therapist because:

of my own lived experience of grieving, anxiety, depression and religious trauma. I wish I had sought out therapy earlier in my healing journey.
