I specialize in supporting men who want more out of life. I often work with clients experiencing anxiety and symptoms of toxic stress and burnout in their relationships or career. In particular, I enjoy working with clients looking to navigate life with ADHD or life after trauma. I offer online sessions as well as in-person outdoor sessions in Tacoma.

We'll focus on prioritizing your underlying needs, moving towards your core values and regulating your nervous system so you can meet the challenges and changes you are facing.
