I enjoy working with people who are ready to look deeper in order to live more fully. I specialize in working with men in particular as well as younger adults who are looking to navigate stress and make progress in their lives.

I became a therapist because:

I'm a therapist because I know that healing is possible and support is essential. I believe that therapy helps us to realize our truest self.

I offer sessions both online and outdoors. I work with clients in the outdoors because I believe nature heals.

More about me and my practice:

When I'm not in session I'm usually with my dog Hank and cat Peggy. I love long distance cycling, live music, traveling in the PNW, plunging and paddle boarding in the sound, collecting vinyl (and in general) and enjoying a good book.
