Wendy Naiman

I will take what you need from a variety of therapeutic approaches. Whether we use ACT, EFT, CBT, CPT or EMDR, my goal will always be to help you. I will strive to provide a warm and welcoming space where you can be you.

Together we will develop a plan that supports your goals. We can talk about you and your environment including work, relationships, family of origin, and what ever else might be an obstacle to you being able to live your life well.

My clients will say that they feel heard, seen and understood. My sessions are collaborative and client focused. We work together to meet your goals.

I work with people that are struggling with anxiety, those feelings of worry and the inner voice that fuels the feelings. I help people learn how to live with their trauma to understand that what happened to you isn't who you are.

I worked in the corporate world initially. Volunteering on a crisis line solidified that the mental health field is for me.

A little bit about me...I am originally from Chicago so I do have an accent (ask me to say Don and Dawn). I have a cat and a dog (Sphynx and Staffy). I enjoy true crime shows and true crime podcasts. I also enjoy a good British mystery show.
