I’m detail-oriented and focused, and I think and act outside of the box as needed to be creative in achieving the necessary goals.

My theoretical preference is eclectic, as I use bits and pieces from several forms of therapy (CBT, DBT, Reality Therapy, and Experiential Therapy). I tailor my approach to fit the attitudes, goals, and preferences of those I serve.

Initially, we'll get to know each other to determine if we're a good fit. From there, we can decide the best treatment approach to aid in your growth and development, and set a plan to provide therapy to best meet your needs.

I have worked with at-risk adolescents and adults in various settings including elementary special education testing, juvenile and adult corrections, in- and out-patient mental health treatment, and in-patient drug/alcohol treatment for adults.
