I know what it's like to sit on a therapist's couch and feel vulnerable and broken. As a young adult, I dealt with my childhood abuse and recovered from a divorce. I have worked hard to be in a healthy, vibrant marriage for over 30 years. I feel called to help others heal and find hope.
