Relationships are foundational to healing; together with my clients I build a foundation of trust and safety to allow for healing.

Together we will work to understand what happened to you and the deep impact it has caused. We will work to find healing, to no longer feel the burdens of past hurts and experiences. To no longer feel tethered to the pain, but rather find freedom.

When we feel neglected or alone in our relationships we can lose our confidence and sense of self. That person is still in there, but can feel impossible to find. I will help you to become empowered, to find your voice, and to rewrite your story.

I work with those that are struggling with relational and familial trauma. I am sex-positive and kink-affirming and work with those who feel stigmatized or are struggling with their sexuality and how they choose to express it in their relationships.
