I specialize in working with people who feel like they are ready for a change and are willing to open and up and do the work that comes along with growth, those who would like to get more out of life and experience what it's like to live more fully.

I became a therapist because:

I was in a different career and I felt a strong calling to change directions in my life and go back to school to become a psychologist. So glad I did!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in-person therapy and I also offer telehealth to individuals in 30+ states. I love being able to create a safe space for all clients.
