I believe learning to handle change and uncertainty is a skill that being human requires us to learn. We all have challenges and struggle in different ways. I believe the things that happen to us are only part of our story, and we get to write the rest of it. No problem is too big or too small for therapy if you are ready to learn more about yourself.

I want you to be able to navigate life more easily as challenges arise. Everyone has strengths, and discovering yours is a great place to start. I will help you dig deeper into your thoughts, feelings, and actions. All these things have served a purpose and have a reason for existing. We will go beyond the “what” of your symptoms and explore the “why & how”.

I focus on building a relationship by creating a space where you are safe to be vulnerable and feel heard. Authenticity, humor, and feedback are some of the most powerful tools for this. I also use creativity and imagination when our words are not enough. I am here to help you navigate changes in your life with compassion, empowerment, and resilience.

Often, I meet people who are feeling lost, overwhelmed, and stuck. When we are struggling, it is easy to feel like we are not enough—that we should be doing more, adjusting faster, “getting over it”, and enjoying our lives. I want you to know that it is okay to not be okay. What you feel is not forever, and a new normal is possible.

By navigating my own anxiety and life challenges, I have leaned the best way to grow stronger through challenges is to face them head on—that pretending they do not exist only makes it harder. I have met so many people who face adversity with bravery and vulnerability. I am proud to provide space for the messiest, most authentic version of you.

Through our lives, change is inevitable, and it is HARD. Changes can create anxiety, and the more that we focus on the unknown, the more overwhelmed we become. We often grieve “what used to be” or “what could have been”, whether changes are desired or not. Together, we will test new ways of being and practice authenticity. Change is powerful, and so are you.
