I have a cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) approach that includes solutions-focused behavioral therapy (less than 6 sessions) for short-term sessions. For longer-term sessions (more than 6 sessions), I use a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and CBT approaches.

I enjoy clients who want to work to improve their lives. We will work to develop goals, in a nonjudgmental environment. Bringing different perspectives will help each of us contribute to your overall life goals and achieve both short and long-term goals that are developed.
