I don't believe therapy should feel cold, scripted, or overly clinical. I work from a trauma-informed lens, helping you understand why your patterns make sense while also supporting meaningful change. We move at a pace that feels safe, but we don't stay stuck.

Slow things down, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and build skills for emotional regulation, communication, and healthier relationships. My goal is for therapy to create real change in your daily life, not just insight.

Warm and relational, yet direct. My clients have said they appreciate my style because I do not "co-sign their BS". My style isn't for everyone, but if you are looking for unconditional acceptance combined with gentle and well-timed confrontation, I may be a great fit for you!

I have been on the other side of struggle and I know how powerful it can be to have someone walk with you through it. I believe that being a therapist is a gift and a privilege and I try to make this belief shine through each of my sessions and conversations with clients.
