My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I integrate mindfulness, client-centered, and culturally responsive care to help you explore your story, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward balance.

Together we will create a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s been holding you back and build tools for healing and growth. Our work will focus on self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My clients have described me as understanding, grounded, and approachable. I aim to make the therapeutic process more human so that clients feel both safe and empowered to face challenges with more confidence.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel stuck and want something more out of life. I’ve seen how healing it can be to have someone truly listen to and understand you. My goal is to offer that same kind of support. I want to help people feel seen, understood, and capable.
