To my clients, I am warm, patient, and intentional - and I can even be funny when it feels right. My priority is making sure clients feel heard, supported, and respected, leaving sessions more connected to themselves, equipped with tools for daily life, and able to face challenges in more adaptive ways.

I specialize in working with adults who are ready to explore new chapters of their lives, reflect on patterns, and take meaningful steps toward change outside of sessions while building resilience, insight, and skills to support growth and well-being.

I became a therapist to support healing through connection and understanding, and to increase visibility of Indigenous experiences. I’m passionate about helping people of all backgrounds navigate trauma, build resilience, and feel seen in ways that honor their whole selves.
