I blend traditional Mental Health therapy with spiritual work & energy healing when a client would like, including Reiki, Vibrational Sound Healing, Shamanic practices & other holistic/spirutal approaches. With 25 years of experience as a Counselor, I am well versed in traditional clinical interventions for a wide array of issues. But my approach is unique.

Whether you're ready to grow beyond old patterns & step into the fullest version of yourself, needing support to find your way through a difficult time, dealing with something from the past, or anything in between, I am here. My goal is for you to deeply connect with the truth- you have everything inside of you that you need to be whole, healthy, & thriving.

My clients describe me as kind and caring. They look forward to their sessions. They often tell me they get a lot from our time together. I am very interested in them, and they can feel that . And many like the blend of East and West that I use in counseling (to their level of interest in it), even if it is not something they have experience with prior.

I specialize in working with people who come in interested in growth and in being an active participant in that process. I like it when people are curious about themselves and are willing to look within to understand themselves and find meaningful solutions. When that ocurs, eveything else just flows in session, regardless of the presenting issue.

I became a therapist because I just really want to help people. Working one on one to connect, give ideas, give support, encourage, & help a person see what is possible for themselves is the best way I can do this. This life can be beautiful but can so hard sometimes, too. I just want to help people heal from the pain & feel good about themselves & be ok.

At some point, I started to realize that there were some things I just could not get to in a regular counseling session- some things just weren’t moving despite our best efforts. Incorporating Reiki and energy work along with spiritual practices has been the missing piece. It has taken things to a deeper level in counseling, and it has also made it more fun!
