I use a multiculturally informed framework & draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & mindfulness based methods.

I specialize in working with millennials who are new to therapy. People I see often have challenging relationships with families of origin, difficulties with understanding and expressing emotions, first gen and immigrant experiences, race-based stress, ADHD, concerns with physical health, and mood disorders.

I currently only offer teletherapy. I am happy to provide services in English, Spanish, and of course Spanglish. Cultural humility has and always be a guiding principle in all the work that I do.
