About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Empathetic, validating, structured when appropriate, effective, nonjudgemental, collaborative, growth focused

  • Something to know about my approach is:

At the heart of my therapeutic approach is helping you determine what you think life would look like without your struggles and how you can work to move toward that image. Since every person is different, my approach is taylored to the client.

  • Together, we will:

create a collaborative relationship in an environment that encourages trust and is free of judgment with the goal of guiding you as you work to find your way through life's challenges while identifying and holding true to who you are.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with people who are experiencing anxiety, women experiencing life change (ie: empty nest, perimnopause/menopause, feeling lost), as well as perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns.

  • I became a therapist because:

When my oldest daughter was a teenager, she struggled with mental health concerns. Her mental health journey led me to pursuing this career.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

We are very relaxed in the office, meeting the client where they are at and for who they are.

  • More about me and my practice:

My passion is working with women struggling to make sense of the craziness we call life. It can be easy to lose yourself along the way as you try to meet all the demands of your life. Finding yourself can be a very valuable life accomplishment.
