Anxiety is a b!tch, but life doesn't have to be. On a personal level I get it (really), and on a professional level I know how to help you. My approach to therapy is relational. In sessions we dig deep, face parts of yourself you have hidden away, and come up with tangible ways to reach your goals.

Together we will process experiences of trauma, identify how parts of you functioned to keep you safe, learn how to feel safe in your body, and practice living a slow life.

who have been through some heavy sh!t - Childhood abuse, Emotionally unavailable and absent parents, sexual assault, and so much more. Even though the trauma event may differ client to client, what my clients have in common is their solution to the pain. Over performing and achieving, perfectionism, hyper independence, and avoidance.

I've been on the therapy couch myself and I know what it's like when your own body feels unsafe. I also know that healing is possible.
