Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, self-worth, or navigating a major life transition, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin moving toward meaningful change.

My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, identifying unhelpful patterns, and building skills to create lasting change.

My client's describe me as relatable, down to earth, genuine, but also direct. Change comes from exploring and recognizing patterns that no longer serve us, sometimes we need others to help identify these patterns.

Many of the clients I work with appear to have everything together on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling emotionally exhausted. I also specialize in substance use disorder treatment and family systems affected by addiction.
