I work with people navigating all kinds of relationships—partners, family, friends, and more. Whether you’re hoping to strengthen a relationship, keep it together, or find a healthy way forward, we’ll work through the conflict, anxiety, and uncertainty along the way.

I was drawn to counseling through my genuine curiosity about relationships, emotional healing, and what helps people feel understood and connected. Life has taught me that relationships can bring both great joy and significant challenges, and I find meaning in helping people navigate both.

My education has given me a foundation, but the incredible people I’ve met through my years of practice have taught me even more. They’ve shown me the beauty and uniqueness in every individual—and have helped me become better at helping others. This is why I continue to love what I do.
