I believe that there are no cookie cutter approaches to solutions and each couple (client) should have the opportunity and safe space to create what is healthy on their unique terms.

I truly am a holistic provider. I utilize a client tailored, trauma informed approach, including brainspotting, walk and talk therapy, somatic work, spiritual work, and mindfulness approaches.

Developing Mindfulness skills is one way I help people learn more about themselves and improve their coping skills. It helps them engage more fully in life, moment by moment, and make healthier choices rather than living in default mode.
