I am trauma centered and strength based in my approach. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment to help achieve wellbeing. I also enjoy building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients that show care and validation.

Together we will work to explore patterns, help understand trauma, engage with healthy coping, and help minimize safety concerns. We will be a team, and collaborate consistently to meet your needs and obtain a level of peace in your life.

Have experienced sexual assault, dating violence and emotional abuse. I also have extensive work with those that have experienced childhood abuse , including difficult mother/daughter relationships. I also work with college students on campus needs.

I have always enjoyed being a listener and helping others. This profession allows me to be there for my clients and to promote social justice.

I am committed to eliminating gatekeeping practices in the LGBTQIA+ community. I have a broad understanding of university systems and work with many college students to understand resources. I believe in teaching effective skills & building trust
