I utilize a blend of therapies to help you meet your goals including Exposure Response Prevention, EMI, and Relational Therapy. Facing our fears can feel scary, but that is the very thing that helps us get unstuck. My job is to help that feel less scary and walk with you at the pace that you set! You are in charge, I'm there to cheer you on!

I am a laid back, calm, and reassuring therapist who shows up in the therapy space as a human first. I have lived experience in anxiety and I understand that having a caring, compassionate therapist is the most important part of the therapy experience.

If you struggle with anxiety or OCD and feel stuck in your own head, feel an overwhelming sense of shame, question yourself at every turn, or really struggle to set boundaries in relationships, I am the right therapist for you. I work best with those of us who struggle to find their voice and can't seem to find that "inner peace" everyone talks about.

I have lived experience with anxiety. I understand what it is like to live with that tightness in your chest everyday. I decided to become a therapist so I could hold space for people and help you get your life back.
