Are overwhelmed and/or have experienced something in their life that causes them distress. I enjoy helping people identify coping skills that reduce stress and allow more experiences of joy.

I lived next-door to a foster home growing up, I started listening to my peers early in life and saw the difference it made when I listened compassionately. I witnessed my father suffering from not being able to talk about his traumatic experiences in childhood. I wanted to reduce suffering and help others live a happy, meaningful life.
