I want our conversations to be a place where you can speak openly, make sense of what you're experiencing, and discover practical ways to create meaningful change.

Together, we will identify what is weighing on you, explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and focus on what you would like to be different. We will build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward changes that feel realistic and meaningful for your life and relationships.

My clients would describe me as warm, compassionate, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I listen without judgment while also asking questions that help you look at things in a new way. I want you to feel heard, respected, supported, and comfortable being yourself when we meet.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, or are facing changes in their lives or relationships. I also work with couples and families who want to improve communication, strengthen their relationships, work through conflict, and create healthier ways to connect with one another.

I became a therapist because I have always had a genuine desire to help people through difficult seasons of life. I believe everyone deserves a place where they can feel heard, understood, and supported. It is meaningful to me to walk alongside people as they discover their strengths, find hope, and create positive change in their lives.
