My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. I focus on helping clients build insight while also developing concrete skills they can use in daily life. I aim to create a supportive space where we can identify patterns, reduce distress, and work toward meaningful change at a realistic pace.

Together we will clarify what’s getting in the way, identify your strengths, and develop strategies that support emotional regulation, healthier patterns, and improved functioning. We will work at a pace that feels manageable while focusing on goals that matter in your daily life, relationships, and work.

My clients often describe me as calm, attentive, and easy to talk to. They appreciate that I am direct but supportive, and that I help make complex challenges feel more manageable and structured. Some have also noted I have a “serious face that occasionally tells jokes”—which I consider an advanced clinical skill.
