As a trauma specialist, I work with veterans, first responders, and high‑performers who are used to showing up for everyone else while carrying their own unseen stories. I also work with moms navigating postpartum or birth trauma, helping them feel understood, supported, and less alone.

I’ve always been the person others turned to and over time I realized that supporting people through their hardest moments wasn’t just something I did, it was who I was. Becoming a trauma therapist felt like a natural extension of that. At the heart of it, I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to carry their pain alone.
