Together, we will explore strengths, areas of limitation/challenge, cognitive prevalence (what internal messages take up the most head space) and core beliefs (deeply rooted beliefs about one's self that have impacted how they show up in life spaces)

I specialize in working with people who are (open) to exploring the deepest parts of themselves, (willing) to challenge themselves to change, grow and heal and (honest) about what's no longer serving them, be it behaviors, mindsets or values.

I became a therapist because I believe it's my calling, to walk alongside individuals as a change agent, supporting and fostering growth and healing

Caring Solutions started as a vision in my then 19 year-old heart in college. After years of learning, growing and evolving the vision became a reality! I'm excited and privilege to finally flow in my element! Each client is a reminder of that!
